If You Will Lead, LLC is a leadership consultancy and coaching firm dedicated to helping leaders reach their fullest potential.  We provide leadership consulting and executive coaching to those who choose to lead.  We believe that leadership is a privilege, and effective leadership requires hard work and commitment.  We believe that everyone has the capacity to lead.  Ultimately, we believe that leadership comes down to two things: awareness and choice.  Our leadership practice helps raise our clients’ awareness of the choices they face.  This increased awareness and our “If 16” leadership framework enable our clients to lead more powerfully.  Our goal is to develop leaders who are prepared to achieve their greatest potential.
